LitePoint Corporation, an industry leading provider of advanced wireless test solutions, announced the availability of the LitePoint MATLAB® API Software Package. This software package provides a MATLAB compatible interface to the same analysis and command resources found in the standard LitePoint IQview® “C” API. Seamless integration into the user environment is achieved with support for both MATLAB v6.5/r13 and MATLAB v7/r14 saving both integration time and cost. This new software tool simplifies the advanced IC and WLAN product developers by providing a unified programming environment.

The MATLAB API Software Package supports all IQview test instrument applications including 802.11a/b/g including bonded channel architectures and Bluetooth v1.1, 1.2 and 2.0 with EDR when used with the optional LitePoint Bluetooth Software Package.

IQview users can now enjoy the flexibility of selecting either MATLAB or “C” programming environments with the addition of the LitePoint MATLAB API Software Package to optimize deliverables for the development lab as well as the manufacturing floor.
