Zilker Labs, Inc.,announced the opening of Zilker Labs Asia, Ltd., in Hong Kong. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Austin, Texas-based Zilker Labs, Zilker Labs Asia is an engineering and sales office that will focus on supporting the company''s growing customer base in Asia and expanding the reach of the innovative Digital-DC™ power management and conversion products.

Mr. Sandy Chan will oversee Zilker Labs Asia and implement Zilker Labs'' sales, marketing and customer support efforts for the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Chan brings over 20 years of semiconductor industry experience including regional leadership roles at MicroLinear, Unitrode, Memec (a global distributor), Microchip, National Semiconductor and Fairchild Semiconductor.

Zilker Labs'' Digital-DC power management and conversion ICs provide the configurability, control and monitoring capabilities of the latest digital technology while maintaining the efficiency of traditional analog implementations.
