Under the terms of the agreement, Nu Horizons will distribute Alliance’s complete product portfolio of analog and mixed signal products, bus connectivity and networking ICs, and high performance and specialty SRAM to countries including: Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

The company ensures continued long-term capacity by utilizing the most advanced state-of-the-art technologies to provide leading OEMs with electromagnetic interference (EMI) management and timing solutions, PCI-Express, HyperTransport™, PCI, PCI-X-based high-speed chip-to-chip interconnect products, and synchronous and fast asynchronous SRAMs.
