Position: 
xPON Hardware Development Engineer
Job description:
Responsible for xPON hardware products development process starting from concept to mass production； Propose and implement cost improvement ideas on xPON products with good understanding about the system requirements； Debug and test prototypes boards with appropriate tools on xPON hardware products
Requirements: 
1, Minimum 2 years in telecom-related HW/ SYS / SW design and at least 1 year in xPON product development
2, Understanding in details on one of the following 
a)TDM or VoIP related circuit design
b)Optics related circuit design 
c)Digital ASIC related circuit design 
3, Good knowledge on the PBA design principles and rules
4, Good understanding on xPON related standards 
5, Familiar with schematic capture tools, experienced in Mentor 
6, Familiar with compliance test for ESTI or ANSI such as EMC/EMI
7, Highly motivated, well organized, quick learning and have problem-solving skills. 
8, Good English communication skills
9, Work independently and team spirit

Job description: 
Responsible for software design and development for broadband access xPON products 
Requirements: 
1.      Master’s degree in Computer or Telecom related
2.      At least 3 years work experience in telecommunication development field, broadband related experience is preferred      
3.      At lest 3 year experience in RTOS application development and C/C++ programming
4.      Familiar with BB protocol (TCP/IP, routing, layer 2/3 Switching, Multicast, PPPoE, Radius)
5.      Familiar with VoIP related knowledge
6.      Excellent verbal and written English, CET-6 or above
7.      High responsibility, dedication and team spirit

Job description: 
Responsible for xPON products system testing, including design and prepare test platform； Analyze testability and design test cases； Test coverage, root analysis and improve； Tracking faults and validation 
Requirements: 
1．     Master’s degree in Computer or Telecom related
2．     At least 3 years work experience in Telecommunication development field, Broadband related experience is preferred
3．     At lest 3 years testing experience in RTOS application development 
4．     Familiar with common testing process, methodology and test instruments such as Smartbit/Adtch
5．     Familiar with C/C++, BB protocol (TCP/IP, routing, Layer 2/3 Switching, Multicast, PPPoE, Radius) and VoIP related knowledge
6．     Excellent verbal and written English, CET-6 or above
7．     High responsibility, dedication and team spirit.
