Technical manager (1 opening)
Job Descriptions:
Manage the engineering in Shenzhen with approximately 10 direct reports, manage the vendor base in Asia, oversee all projects handled by engineers and assure the on time delivery. Build the database for product and vendors; well document all related files and materials. Provide good technical support to product management team for new product development and vendor search activity. 
Requirements:
·At least 3 years working experience and 2 years management experience in foreign company.
·Bachelor degree or above, with technical background, prefer double E.
·English reading, writing and speaking fluency.
·High personal standards of integrity and compliance.
·Good integration, planning and coordination skills, able to work under high pressure and travel frequently.
·Ability to work well with multi-cultural projects teams and customers.
·Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling and presentations.

Project leader—Electronic Products (4 opening)
Job Descriptions:
·Lead and execute the new product developments and second source projects under company process. Work with vendors to deliver the project on time with full compliance to company quality policy.
·Take lead in product qualification; define the product spec, testing, requirements and other technical elements. Provide qualification report; work with vendor closely to address all product issue before product delivery.
·Support sourcing activity to find and qualify the new vendors, collect new products information to support product development team
·Control the product quality, conduct conformance test and on site inspection to ensure the quality; work with vendor to work out the MCP (Manufacturing Control Plan) to control the product quality.
·Conduct the vendor EHS audits under company process and follow up all issues. 
Requirements:
·At least 3 years working experience for electronic products, R&D background and project management experience will be good plus.
·Good background in analog/digital/RF circuit and MCU/DSP system design. 
·Good programming capability, ASM and C language is necessary.
·Experience in electronic CAD software and PCB layout. 
·Familiar with electronic products manufacture process.
·Good communication skill, good English skill both in speaking and writing.
·Able to work under high pressure and can travel frequently.

Project leader—Mechanical Products (3 opening)

Job Descriptions:
·Following Standard Operation Procedure to perform tests on electric products, delivery the test data accurately and timely. 
·Cooperate with other lab colleagues to maintain & repair related test equipment.
·Work closely with qualification engineers and provide firmly support to their qualification work. 
Requirements:
·At least graduate from junior college, major in electronics, physics, mechanics, engineering.
·Have the work experience on electrical product testing or electrical equipment repair/maintenance. Electrician certification is preferred
·Have Initiative, Energetic, Hard working, Patient competencies.
·Workable English skill, include reading, writing
·Good computer using skill for MS office. Prefer the capability to program the computer to control test instrument.
·Accept frequent late work or night shift work.

Administrator (1 opening)
Job Descriptions:
·Office administration. 
·Communication with vendors, suppliers, commercial teams and customers.
Requirements:
·At least graduate from junior college.
·Good English and Mandarin. 
·Good communication and people skill, well organized with thorough follow-through, be proactive.
·Computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) 
·2 years of working experience, having administration experience in international companies will be a plus.
