 帮我看看这个是什么错误吧！已经搞很久了。
用ispexpert编译vhdl语言的时候出现这个错误："E:/10.VHDL/runtimeer/runtimer.vhd",line 30: Error, cannot synthesize assignments to msec in else clause of clocked if。请问这个是什么错误啊，怎么修改？
