全球半导体联盟(GSA)昨天正式宣布，GSA亚太领袖议会增加两名新成员，并成为GSA董事会针对全球及地区议题的顾问。这两位领袖成员分别为展讯通信(Spreadtrum)的武平博士、及奇景光电(Himax)的吴炳昌先生。

　　「武平博士及吴炳昌先生的加入，将扩大亚太领袖议会在产业及知识上的多元性。有这么多位优秀的产业菁英支持，将可继续加强我们在未来几年的国际化首创精神。」Jodi Shelton女士，GSA的执行长暨共同创办人表示。

　　自展讯通信于2001年四月成立起，武平博士即担任共同创办人、总裁/首席执行长暨董事主席。他在SoC设计上拥有超过20年的经验，并有三项集成电路设计的专利。

　　同样于2001年创立的奇景光电，其共同创办人吴炳昌先生，也担任奇景光电的总经理暨执行长。

　　    亚太领袖议会包含两位新成员的加入，目前共有17位代表如下:
