Test & Measurement World 2006年度Best in Test、Test Product of the Year、Test of Time以及Test Engineer of the Year奖项的最终评选结果已经揭晓，并于2006 APEX展览会（2月8日-10日，美国加州Anaheim）期间的一个早餐会上举行了颁发仪式。

       获得2006 Best in Test的12个产品及其公司分别为：

       PXI-5922 数字化仪，National Instruments

       Sapphire D-10测试系统，Credence Systems

       ZVT 8矢量网络分析仪，Rohde & Schwarz

       Lab Manager 4.1软件，Edentree Technologies

       eLOAD系列电子负载，Amrel/American Reliance

       OBR反射计，Luna Technologies

       NC-1非接触探头系统，SUSS Microtec Test Systems

       Encounter Test Architect软件，Cadence Design Systems

       Test & Measurement World的Best in Test奖项始于1991年，用于表彰在过去的一年中在电子测试测量领域具有创新性的重要产品，2006 Best in Test 的获奖产品由Test & Measurement World的编辑由从2004年11月1日到2005年10月31日期间推向市场的产品中选出。

       在Best in Test的基础上，Test & Measurement World通过邀请读者在其网站在线投票的方式，评选出一个Test Product of the Year，今年获得Test Product of the Year的是National Instruments 公司的PXI-5922 数字化仪。

       Best in Test用于表彰具有创新性的新产品，而Test of Time则表彰那些已经正式推向市场5年以上，但仍然广受欢迎的产品。获得2006 Test of Time的产品是Keithley的2400数字源表。

       Test Engineer of the Year意在表彰那些对测试行业做出突出贡献的工程师，获得2006 Test Engineer of the Year的是意法半导体公司（ST）工程师Zafer Boz。
